What happens after placing my order?

You will receive an order confirmation to your provided email address. Please check your junk mail if you have trouble finding it in inbox. 

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 5 business days for dispatch. 

What happens if I entered the wrong address?

If you see any mistakes in the address you submitted, please send us an email immediately with a title 'URGENT' so we can correct it before being shipped out. If a package fails to deliver due to 'insufficient address' unfortunately we cannot offer any compensation for that matter.

How do I track my order? 

You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail and tracking number once your products are shipped - Tracking can take between 2 – 4 days to update so please be patient.

Shipping for Large Items

How long will large items take to arrive?

Large items require additional processing and shipping time due to their size and handling requirements. The estimated delivery time for large items worldwide is 40 to 55 working days. However, in some cases, delivery may occur earlier depending on factors such as shipping destination, carrier availability, and warehouse processing times. While we aim for timely delivery, we appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure these items are delivered safely and securely.

Important: Large items are always indicated in their product description. Please make sure to read the description thoroughly before placing your order to ensure you’re aware of the extended delivery timeframe.

Where will my package ship from?

We are a small business, however we work with a logistic partner around the world to be able to ship to multiple countries at an affordable rate. This allows us to provide our customers with a great price point and free shipping worldwide.

Lost or stolen orders

The body healing store accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier.
